The Bharat Scouts and Guides Unit of Grizzly College of Education established in 2022. The college collaborated with State Scouting and Guiding Association, Ranchi Branch to oranise the camp in every year. The State headquarters of Bharat Scout & Guide is recognized by the Government of India. Bharat Scouts and Guides is education with its own characteristics. Bharat Scout & Guide works on different groups—family, school, society—uniting feelings and happiness. They create things that are useful to themselves and others; they are creative.
Grizzzly College of Education reaches its objectives at successive stages. Bharat Scout & Guide takes action to strengthen her character and personality. It enforces the capacity to resist. It inculcates a spirit of service and religious feelings among students.
The purpose of the movement is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual potential as individuals, responsible citizens, and members of the local, national, and international communities.
To provide the young people with a value-based, attractive, and challenging youth programme through competent leaders, effective communication, optimum use of technology, and efficient management.
Scout based his ideas upon the four pillars of Scouting and Guiding, namely:

2. Crafts & Skill
3. Hygiene and Health
4. Service
